Q. Do you clean the items before sending them out?A. Unlike many other sellers on Etsy, we wipe the front of all items with a damp cloth to remove any residue before dispatch. This ensures a clean, polished finish. The backs of the items are not cleaned, so some light marks may be present.

Q. Where do I supply the details for the order?
A. Please enter all personalisation details in the box on the listing. Label each section 1), 2), etc. (We won’t print the numbers).

Q. Do you send out a proof?
A. Sorry, we are unable to offer proofs for laser-engraved orders.

Q. Can I alter the layout of the design?
A. We create all designs in-house, so small alterations are possible within the order cost. Larger changes may incur an additional fee.

Q. Can you engrave anything on the back of the design?
A. We are currently unable to engrave the backs of our laser items.
